The silver-white covering on the delicate leaves (much like peach skin) is what gives White tea it's name. White tea is only picked, by hand, a few days each year. Virtually no processing of these tender buds is why White tea is considered to be the healthiest of all teas. The fact is that White tea has more anti-oxidents and anti-aging components the even Green tea. This tea has the lowest amount of caffeine of all real teas, for those who are caffeine sensative.

Our tea selections are packaged in a gorgeous aluminum tin. This tin not only keeps the tea fresh but is also "eco-friendly". Recyclers can use this can as a pencil holder, recover it with your choice of beautiful fabric and it becomes a dry flower vase, or even use as a cigar humidor!!
