When we agree to refund a purchase, we will refund (usually
by check or refund back to your credit card in the purchaser's
name and address) within 30 days.

begin shipping within 24-48 hours, please allow us 5 full

to process your order. We will let you know if there is a longer
delay. Please contact

you need to rush the order. In the case of custom orders,

time may be longer and should be noted on the individual product

INTERNATIONALLY:
We will process your order as stated above. Shipping time
will go according to the Post Office or other venue.

Returns Policy
If you feel
your unused product purchase needs to be returned,
we ask that you follow procedure:
* You must return the item within 15 days of purchase, unused.
* Return it in the shape it arrived.
* Return in any original product packaging (you may choose another box to ship
in, but please be sure the product is in it's original box).
* Include a note as to the reason you're returning the product(s), and your invoice
OR the date of purchase, your address, your name, and your contact information.

Once we receive the item, we will
process your refund or store credit immediately for the original
purchase price, minus shipping costs. A
10% restocking fee may apply on certain items.
We will not give a full refund for
items used, damaged, missing pieces, or out of its original package.
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or store credits
if our policies are not followed.

Once we receive the item, we will
process your store credit immediately for the original purchase
price if the item has failed due to a manufacturing error. We
take no responsibility for damage during shipping. We
reserve the right to issue partial store credits if our policies
are not followed or the item has been used and has no obvious
reason for return. An obvious reason to return a used product
is if the workmanship fails. Normal wear and tear will not be
refunded.
