If it's hot and you're wanting a great cup of iced coffee you never need to fight the traffic and the heat for an over-priced coffee again! Make iced coffee at home.

Simply Iced Coffee
Coffee with cream & sugar to taste
Coffee ice cream

Add cream, sugar, and a cup of coffee into the blender. Add 1-2 scoops of Coffee ice cream and blend to desired consistency. Preferably served in frozen mug.

Strong Brew Ice
Milk or cream
Chill coffee (strong brewed)
Ice cubes
Sugar (optional)

Ice cubes should be in a large glass filled 3/4 full with chilled coffee. Place ice in a large glass and add cold coffee until glass is 3/4 full. Fill remaining 1/4 with milk or cream and add sugar to taste.

Mousse on Ice
1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 1/2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup well-chilled heavy cream

Soften gelatin in a small soucepan for two minutes before adding milk and espresso powder. Over moderate heat, whisk constantly until themixture is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Then set the pan in a bowl of ice water, stirring every few minutes until mixture is chilled and thick. In a small bowl beat the cream until it's slightly stiff before gently folding the chilled coffee mixture into it. Spoon the mousse into dishes of your choice and chill until ready to serve.
