Apple Streusel Muffin Mix

Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, sugar, apple nuggets, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 375. Pre-soak apple nuggets in 1/4 cup hot water for 10 minuts or microwave 1/4 cup cold water for 1 minute. Combine packages, except topping packet, with 2/3 cup milk, 1 egg and 1/8 cup (same as 2 tablespoons) oil, and the undrained pre-soaked apples. Mix well by hand. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full. Mix topping packet with 1 tablespoon of melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle 1-1/2 teaspoons of mixture over each muffin. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done. Serving Size 1 muffin.

Lemon Cheesecake Muffin Mix

Ingredients: Sugar, Bleached Enriched Flour (Bleached Flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin), hydrogenated soy bean oil, dried cream cheese (cream, milk, nonfat milk, whey, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), egg yolks, modified corn starch, egg whites with sodium lauryl sulfate, whey, mono and diglycerides, vital wheat gluten, salt, baking soda, sodium aluminum, phosphate, maltodextrin, artificial and natural flavor, corn starch, sodium steroyl lactylate, sorbitan monostearate, non-fat milk, xanthan gum, guar gum, calcium acetate, malic acid, polysorbate 60, lactic acid, locust bean gum, tocopherols and ascorbylpalmitate added to protect flavor, colored with yellow 5, butter milk.

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 375, mix small packet with 2 tablespoons water. Mix muffin with 1/2 cup water. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full. Add 1-1/2 tablespoons of first mixture to top of each muffin, swirl to mix. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done. Serving size 1 muffin.
