What are my payment options?
At checkout you'll be asked to choose your payment option from money order, credit card or Paypal. We do not accept personal checks at this time.

 

What is 'local shipping'?
Local shipping may not be available for all purchases and must be cleared by our local shipping department head, Tricia Ballad. We may be able to deliver your purchase if you live near Lake in the Hills, Illinois. E-mail her at tricia @ baltercatalogue.com.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If the item has yet to be shipped, we can cancel the order immediately. Keep in mind that we ship very quickly. If your item has been shipped, follow the returns policy.

 

Do you deliver outside the US?
At this time we do not serve printed catalogues outside the United States for free, but we will send them electronically to your e-mail. We will ship outside the US for actual shipping charges and not for our posted shipping charges. Please e-mail us with your order and we will put it through manually.

 

What about shipping to Hawaii or Alaska?
We will ship to both, however you will need to e-mail us with your order and address so we may charge actual shipping charges and process your order manually.
