Information and Policies

Important Notice:
A minimum order quantity of 20 each for every product ordered is required. This will prevent a set up fee and keep our prices low. Thank you!

About our products:
All cards are handmade and assembled using high quality cardstock, papers, ribbons and inks. Cardstock and papers used are acid free. Printing is done on an inkjet printer using fade-proof and smudge-proof inks.

Pre-orders/Expectant Parents:
You may order ahead at any time with your verse and paper choice. We will hold the order on file until we receive the birth information and then complete the order.

You may also choose to have your envelopes sent in advance (optional) when you pre-order your cards. It's the perfect way to get a jump-start on your announcements! While you are patiently (or not so patiently!) awaiting the arrival of your little one, you can address your envelopes and have them all ready to go. Then after your little one arrives and you receive your announcements, you can just insert them into the envelopes, seal and mail. One less detail for a new, sleep deprived mom to think about!

Just pay a minimal shipping charge (determined by the quantity ordered) for the envelopes. Envelopes come plain or with an optionl pre-printed return address on the back flap. Those will be shipped 2-5 days from proof approval.

Please be aware that we will not refund any preorders.

Ordering information: Upon receipt of your order and personalization information, you will be emailed a proof of your card within 12-48 hours. You may request changes when necessary and we will email a new proof. When you are happy with your card, please respond with approval of the proof. Your order will be completed and ship within 3-7 days from proof approval, unless otherwise noted.

If you find the ordering process to be too complicated, please contact us via e-mail or phone and we will be glad to assist you!

Shipping policy:
Buyer to pay shipping and handling charges. Charges are determined at checkout and depend upon the quantity of product ordered. We ship via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation, Monday thru Friday excluding any postal holidays.

Cards are sent from the Sweet Pea Creations workshop, within 3-7 days of the proof approval. Longer time may will be needed for very large orders.

Return policy:
Due to the custom nature of this product, we do not accept returns. We will accept returns and refund you if the product was grossly misrepresented—subject to a 25% restocking fee.
